Directions: Heat the heat bag for 90 sec in the microwave and if not hot enough heat for 30sec intervals. Do not heat for longer than 2 1/2 minute. Chill by putting in a sealed ziplock bag and put in the freezer for 1/2 hr. Do not wash or get wet. Store in a dry cool place.
